School Reunion

People will absolutely change in 20 years. You graduated at 15, and BAM!! suddenly your age is 35. OMG You are old. First thing will come in your mind is what have you done during that 20 years. You feel that you are never change at all. I have very good memories of my Junior Years. I had some really close best friends ( we called our groups Rush Lee - since our zodiacs are Taurus and Leo), admired a guitar player, I joined dance club, spent week-end at the movie theater ( i could watched 3 movies in a row with my best friends), first time smoking experience - at the attic of my friend's house, join the student council election (yes, I lose votes since my competitor was a good looking guy), and finally graduated with the best score among students. And what am I now? an ordinary people who work at bank, have two handsome kids and a coolest husband in the world.

I love watching movie about reunion. It's always funny to watch how people nervous to came to a reunion. They tried to look different as they were yesterday. They tried hard to look they'd grown up as a successful people. But you know, deep inside their heart they never change at all and people will see you same way as you were at that time. So I don't really care what people will think about the "present" ME and WHAT they are becoming right now cause I'm proud of myself and I enjoyed my life :)

My Top 3 of My Favorite Reunion Movies are

Since You've Been Gone:
This is a TV Movie and I accidentally bought the CD because this movie starred by some great actors (David Schwimmer, Lara Flynn Boyle and Teri Hatcher). I had watched this movie over and over. This movie is very entertaining since it can make you laughs and smile on the happy ending (you know I love happy ending). This movie about 10th anniversary high school reunion take place at the hotel. There are one guy who was just fired from his job, a couple who are very show-off about their baby son, a woman who just escaped from a near death experience, a famous song writer, a successful doctor (but still a nerd and was a target of people in making fun of him), a popular actress, and a couple partner-in-crime who never change.

Romy and Michele's High School Reunion:
The story about two women (Lisa Kudrow, Mira Sorvino) who attended high school reunion but make a fake story about their life. They finally decided to show up as "real" themselves at the end of the party. Janeane Garofalo (The Truth about Cats and Dogs) also playing in this movie.

Take Me Home Tonight
Topher Grace (the handsome Eddie Brock on Spiderman 3) as aimless graduate college guy who worked at Video Store follow his high school dream girl - Wendy (Anna Faris). He's pretending to be a successful investment banker but at the end decide to tell the truth to Wendy who finally in love with him.

Lesson learned, people will remember you as you were when they knew you. And you'll keep all the memories (good or bitter) no matter how hard you try to get rid off it.

So, just enjoy being yourself

HAVE A NICE DAY-OFF

MY MORNING GLORY

I just watched this Morning Glory Movie (starred by Rachel Mc Adams - Mean Girls; Harrison Ford - my Indiana Jones and Diane Keaton - Love her in Because I said so). The movie is about a new talented young TV Producer who accepts the challenge to make a dull morning show program into the interesting one. With the little fling story with her office-mate Patrick Wilson (the handsome one), this movie is quite give me a fighting spirit of working life. When you believe in something, we can make our dream come true. However, I just realized that I only know a few movie about banker or banking or people who works at bank as a main character. I tried to remember and only came up with one movie: Drag me to Hell (the thriller yeaaayyyy ) and my friend mention the second movie Jim Carey's Yes Man, I had watched but I don't even remember the story. All the movies I watched lately is all about people who works at advertising, event organizer, newspaper, TV station or wedding organizer. So...
